There are three application steps at Tradebyte: – 30-minute interview on-site in Ansbach or via Google Meet, depending on location. – Intro Day (trial work day) from approximately 9 am – 4 pm. – Clarification of final questions and the framework data. Afterwards you will receive a job offer. For some exceptions, the process may deviate and intermediate tasks may be set.

Google Meet is a video communication service developed by Google. We utilise this tool for our video interviews, and we’ll send you an invitation link by email in advance.

An Intro Day is a trial workday that runs from approximately 9 am to 4 pm. During this time, you’ll gain insight into the team and position you’re applying for. You will get to know the team members and understand the tasks and daily routine associated with the advertised role.
