FATCHIP, the e-commerce agency from Berlin, now offers a connector between the successful shop system “OXID eShop” and the software solution “TB.One”, which specialises in multi-channel sales. The standardised module was developed by FATCHIP GmbH in cooperation with Tradebyte Software GmbH and enables vendors to forward article data from their own online shop quickly and simply to Tradebyte, in order to place their own product range from there to big marketplaces like Amazon, Zalando or eBay.

FATCHIP and Tradebyte have entered into a long-term cooperation for interconnecting the OXID shop system with the e-commerce solutions from Tradebyte. The first module is targeted at the operators of OXID shop systems, who also want to be present at external marketplaces with their product range. The standardised module “OXID 2 Tradebyte Connector” can transmit product data from the OXID eShop to Tradebyte TB.One and supply the standard interfaces for product and order data.

Existing OXID customers can export all article data of their product range to Tradebyte with “OXID 2 Tradebyte Connector”, in order to process them further or forward them to different marketplaces and platforms, like Amazon, Zalando or eBay. The orders placed via different sales channels can afterwards be imported back into the OXID eShop by TB.One, in order to be processed in the framework of existing processes.

“The Connector by FATCHIP greatly simplifies the exchange and adaptation of the product range between OXID and Tradebyte for our partners.” says Andreas Nowakowitsch, general manager of Tradebyte Software GmbH. “That’s why we have worked together closely with FATCHIP in the development from the beginning. It is always our priority to make working processes as simple as possible for our partners, in order to save time and costs through this.“

The OXID 2 Tradebyte Connector is now available in the FATCHIP online shop here.
