We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have at least 3-4 years of experience in roles involving customer engagement or client management within the fashion and lifestyle industry.
You are passionate about working with fashion and lifestyle brands, with a keen understanding of industry trends and dynamics, particularly within the marketplace landscape.
Your experience in collaborating with various fashion and lifestyle marketplaces helps you to understand their unique requirements and optimise client presence and performance.
You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to utilise advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
You have a result-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
You are self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed goals.
You bring excellent English skills, both in writing and verbally.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You prioritise successful collaboration with UK accounts, focusing on their ongoing development and growth by optimising their presence on marketplaces
You analyse client accounts, identify market trends, and uncover untapped potential to develop tailored solutions for clients.
You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries independently and acting as a trusted partner in addressing escalations.
You act as the interface between clients and internal departments, proactively driving solutions and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
