WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in roles involving customer engagement or client management within the fashion and lifestyle industry.

  • You are passionate about working with fashion and lifestyle brands, with a keen understanding of industry trends and dynamics, particularly within the marketplace landscape.

  • Your experience in collaborating with various fashion and lifestyle marketplaces helps you to understand their unique requirements and optimise client presence and performance.

  • You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to utilise advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.

  • Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • You have a result-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.

  • You are self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed goals.

  • You bring excellent English skills, both in writing and verbally.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You prioritise successful collaboration with UK accounts, focusing on their ongoing development and growth by optimising their presence on marketplaces

  • You analyse client accounts, identify market trends, and uncover untapped potential to develop tailored solutions for clients.

  • You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries independently and acting as a trusted partner in addressing escalations.

  • You act as the interface between clients and internal departments, proactively driving solutions and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
