We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have 5+ years enterprise sales experience in the field of Marketplace Integration or other SaaS solutions related to E-Commerce
You are charismatic, self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
You pride yourself in keeping up to date with advanced sales methodologies and are are happy to share your knowledge with your internal stakeholders
You have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, allowing you to influence top-level decision makers
You are fluent in English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You proactively identify and target potential lighthouse accounts that align with the company's strategic objectives and lead critical negotiations, ensuring terms are favourable for both the client and the company.
You establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and adapt our offerings to meet the specific requirements and challenges of major clients.
You develop comprehensive strategies for account acquisition, growth, and sustained management and implement strong and reliable forecasting methods for each account to predict future sales trends and revenue potentials accurately.
You continuously analyse market trends and gather insights to inform strategies and pinpoint new opportunities.
You collaborate with and take responsibility for cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, customer success, integration, etc.) engaging the accounts in a consistent high quality manner as means to execute and deliver on the corresponding account strategy.
You act as a role model for the wider Sales Function, provide insights and help develop and establish best-practices for Tradebyte
