We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have significant sales experience with a strategic scope, and a demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
You bring extensive industry experience from the beauty category combined with a strong understanding for E-Commerce and Marketing
You understand the full picture and are able to work across internal functions (Account Management, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align on a common growth strategy
You already have a strong network in beauty and are able to build strong relationships with decision makers in this segment.
You are fluent in English, additional language skills like Italian, French or German are a plus
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You build and maintain strong relationships with in the beauty industry
You take the lead in our GTM strategy execution for beauty brands, incl. ICP, messaging, pricing and channels
You identify target customers and their needs to turn this into commercial packages, building convincing stories and presentations, also defining gaps in the value proposition and addressing these
You implement accurate sales forecasting for the segment to predict trends and revenue potentials
You guide and enable cross-functional teams to execute your GTM strategy and create new business opportunities
You monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
