Lead generation is your home turf - you develop, execute and coordinate acquisition tactics across various digital touch points in our ecosystem while keeping an eye on the full funnel and every step of the prospect’s journey
You are an absolute paid media champ - from planning and setting up our SEA & LinkedIn campaigns to continuously optimising and reporting on the performance against forecast
You fail fast, you learn faster - you utilise every opportunity to optimise our growth marketing efforts and to experiment with A/B testing or CRO tactics
Data is not just a bunch of numbers, for you it tells the story - you enable our data-driven decisions by co-creating and managing our marketing analytics setup
You live and breathe a customer-centric approach. You develop and execute personalised journeys based on needs and insights of our prospects, always aiming for creating added value at each stage of their journey and bringing growth to the business
You’re always on a hunt for new insights, trends, and acquisition tactics to propel our marketing efforts towards a bigger impact
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing focusing on SEA & Paid Social ads and conversion-driven strategies, experience in SEO, email marketing and social media is a plus
Prior experiences in the B2B SAAS, tech, or fashion industry are a plus
You have a very good command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are part of your daily business
You are experienced in working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
If you know how to deal with an all-in-one marketing solution connected with a CRM would be a plus (ideally HubSpot/Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud)
You have excellent presentation and Excel skills to interpret and elaborate results from campaigns and A/B test results
