YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure optimal performance and integration of Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Being familiar with the tools such as; Secrets Manager
VPC, Security Groups, Elastic Block Storage, Reoute53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Web Application Firewall
Lambda, AWS SES.Manage, configure, and update tools and applications as per business needs.
Work closely with teams across the organisation to identify and implement improvements in the tool environment.
Oversee data security and compliance within managed applications.
Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance business operations.
