  • Availability: monday-friday 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., saturday & sunday, public holidays
  • Reaction time (not binding): about 2 hours
  • Recovering time: often depending on third parties, at the latest on the following working day
  • SLA-level: very important, critical cases (e.g. impending revenue shortfalls)
  • Any expenditure will be charged if the claimant himself is at fault
