Wenn Sie am TB Matchmaking Event teilnehmen, werden Sie zusammen mit allen Teilnehmern des Events in einen virtuellen Meeting-Raum eingeladen. Bitte seien Sie sich bewusst, dass ihr Anmeldename für die anderen Teilnehmer sichtbar ist. Und sofern Sie Ihre Kamera nicht deaktivieren, sind Sie für die anderen Teilnehmer natürlich auch persönlich zu sehen.
Die Veranstaltung selbst wird nicht aufgezeichnet. Die privaten Gespräche in den Breakout Meetings sind selbstverständlich streng vertraulich und für andere Teilnehmer nicht einsehbar.

Für die Bereitstellung der virtuellen Meeting-Räume nutzen wir die Dienste von Google LLC, einem in den USA ansässigen Unternehmen. Die USA sind ein Land, das im Sinne der EU-Verordnung 2016/679 kein angemessenes Schutzniveau für personenbezogene Daten bietet. Tradebyte stellt jedoch sicher, dass der betreffende Dienstleister vertraglich ein zu den EU-Standards gleichwertiges Datenschutzniveau garantiert. Mit Google LLC haben wir daher einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag und zusätzlich Standardvertragsklauseln (nach aktuellen EU-Vorgaben) abgeschlossen.

If you participate in the TB Matchmaking Event, you will be invited to a virtual meeting room together with all the participants of the event. Please be aware that your login name will be visible to the other participants. And unless you deactivate your camera, you will of course be visible to the other participants in person.
The event itself will not be recorded. The private conversations in the breakout meetings are of course strictly confidential and not visible to other participants.

For the provision of the virtual meeting rooms, we use the services of Google LLC, a company based in the USA. The USA is a country that does not offer an adequate level of protection for personal data within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679. However, Tradebyte ensures that the service provider in question contractually guarantees a level of data protection equivalent to EU standards. We have therefore concluded a data processing agreement and additional standard contractual clauses (according to current EU specifications) with Google LLC.
