Working Student – Emerging Accounts Success Management Team
Location: Ansbach / Remote within Germany
 Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
 Start: as soon as possible


THE OPPORTUNITY


Tradebyte – the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe and an independent company within the Zalando Group – is looking for a motivated Working Student to support the Emerging Accounts Success Management (EMA) Team.
The EMA team is responsible for ongoing customer management, ensuring smooth collaboration, and identifying opportunities for growth and upselling. A core part of the role includes the preparation and follow-up of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other customer-related activities.
As a Working Student, you will take over essential preparation and organizational tasks, enabling Success Managers to focus more on strategic customer engagement. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success Management within the B2B SaaS and e-commerce environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO (AND LOVE DOING)


QBR Preparation & Customer Materials

  • Create and prepare presentations, reports, and performance analyses for customer meetings
  • Maintain and improve templates and playbooks for Success Managers


Upselling Support

  • Assist in preparing business cases and offer documents
  • Research and summarize best practices to highlight customer growth opportunities


Process & Tool Support

  • Maintain customer data and project status in internal systems
  • Support KPI tracking and create regular status reports


Daily Team Support

  • Take over organizational tasks to free up Success Managers’ time for customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) on relevant topics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Economics, or similar)
  • Strong interest in Customer Success, Account Management, E-commerce, or SaaS
  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, project work, or sales is a plus
