We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Shaping the Future of Learning: Support the operations of our internal functional academies. This includes owning the logistics for workshops and external speaker sessions, ensuring a high-quality, seamless experience for all participants.
Creative Content: Help bring our learning culture to life by designing engaging training materials and keeping our L&D and Leadership Hub fresh and up-to-date.
Talent & People Growth: Work hand-in-hand with our P&O peers to keep our employee "playbooks" current—helping document everything from onboarding to long-term growth.
Data & Analytics: Support the team with practical analysis and record-keeping, helping us measure the success of our programs and share our impact with the business.
Dynamic Team Support: Dive into the day-to-day of our fast-paced team. Since our priorities can shift, you’ll support various ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field), and have genuine interest in L&D and Talent Management.
You are comfortable analysing numbers and can draw conclusions from data sets.
You enjoy making things look professional and know how to structure a slide deck so the message really lands.
You have a friendly, service-oriented attitude and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
You are organised, responsible and don't wait for instructions — you see a gap and suggest a way to fill it.
You have some experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). If you’ve worked with Workday or Confluence before, that’s a huge plus!
You are fluent in English (spoken and written). German is a bonus, but not a must.
