THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a vital part of our Customer Education team, you won’t just be "fixing typos", you’ll be the bridge between complex engineering and user success. You will maintain and update customer-facing documentation to ensure it is always complete and correct and, contribute to the further development of our online help portal by integrating diverse information formats.

  • Master the Product: Dive deep into our software tools to translate technical complexity into clear, user-centric manuals and guides.

  • Own the Help Portal: Support the maintenance and strategic evolution of our online help center, ensuring a seamless self-service experience.

  • Multimedia Content: Bridge the gap between text and video by enhancing video tutorials with structured documentation.

  • Global Voice: Edit and translate high-impact texts in both German and English to keep our global user base informed.

  • Innovation & Automation: Explore how AI tools and automation can streamline our documentation workflows and improve content delivery.

  • The Ultimate Goal: Gain enough product mastery to independently draft comprehensive documentation for brand-new features from scratch.

  • Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Technical Communication, UI/UX Design, IT/Computer Science, Digital Learning, or a related field.

  • The "Tech Gene": You possess high tech-savviness and a genuine passion for how AI and automation are transforming the way we work and communicate.

  • Precision Communication: You have a "way with words"—you can explain complex logic accurately, clearly, and concisely.

  • Bilingual Skills: You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

  • Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently but knows exactly when to sync with the team to stay on track.
