  • The successful cooperation with Tradebyte Flagship accounts as well as their further development is your top priority

  • You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers

  • You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations

  • You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively connecting our services with the need of our brands

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce or SaaS

  • Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers

  • You are comfortable working with Google Spreadsheet and use basic functions like Pivot, VLookup etc.

  • Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships while also pitching services & opportunities

  • You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working

  • You bring excellent German and English skills, both in writing and verbally
