We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.

You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers
You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations
You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively connecting our services with the need of our brands
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have at least 4 years of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce, SaaS and fashion brands
Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers
You are comfortable working with Google Spreadsheet and use basic functions like Pivot, VLookup etc.
Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships while also pitching services & opportunities
You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working
You bring excellent English skills, German is an advantage
