Senior Sales Manager (all genders)

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Grow the brand network and sell TB.One software solution and services, from first contact to contract conclusion.

  • Manage leads from apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle brands, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses, through online and face-to-face meetings.

  • Track and maintain leads in Salesforce CRM, emphasizing continuous optimization and automation of the lead process.

  • Proactively report activity, forecasts, and successes to the Sales Team Lead and other senior stakeholders.

  • You become the prospect's "partner in crime", define a multichannel marketplace strategy by identifying and engaging with relevant marketplaces

  • You create tailored presentations and perform confidently in front of external stakeholders (from HO to Founders /CEO`s) based on internal and external insights and convince through clear communication and strong arguments.

  • You represent Tradebyte at events, showcase and generate new leads.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute our TB strategy and create new business opportunities

  • Take full ownership over assigned Salesforce records, ensuring that required data is complete, up to date and in-line with the documented sales process.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have 4+ years sales experience in the E-commerce industry with fashion brands.

  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to negotiate and close deals.

  • You are experienced in understanding client needs and preferences.

  • You have knowledge in sales methodologies, CRM tools, or specific knowledge related to the fashion industry.
