We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.

Work with Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to solve important customer and business problems, measuring outcomes and learning from results
Shape and refine the product strategy for a complex domain, contributing to mid-term direction and proposition delivery
Drive product discovery, using data, customer feedback, and experimentation to validate opportunities
Define value propositions, success metrics, and KPIs that connect product development with measurable impact
Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and deliverable milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ensure product capabilities balance customer value, innovation, and long-term system reliability
Monitor market trends and competitor developments to continuously refine product positioning
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager in ecommerce, marketplace, or other data-driven product environments; experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
Ability to translate complex business problems into structured product solutions
Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to guide product decisions
Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams in cross-functional environments
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
