We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI Strategy to act as a strategic partner to our CTO. This is not an entry-level role; it is a high-leverage position for a product leader who can decipher the noise of the AI revolution and pinpoint exactly where it drives revenue, efficiency, and competitive advantage for our platform.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Your mandate is to own the "AI Layer" of our platform, from abstract concept to deployed feature.
1. Strategic Intelligence & Trend Evaluation
The Radar: Actively monitor the evolving landscape of Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning. You aren't just reading newsletters; you are running rapid PoCs (Proof of Concepts) to test viability.
Buy vs. Build: Conduct rigorous analysis on whether we should train our own models, fine-tune existing ones, or integrate third-party APIs. You will own the decision-making framework regarding cost, latency, and data privacy.
2. Revolutionizing the Core Value Proposition
Automated Mapping: Drive the development of AI agents that can automatically map complex fashion taxonomies (e.g., mapping "Crimson V-Neck" to "Red T-Shirt") with near-human accuracy.
Content Enrichment: Build features that allow our customers to generate SEO-optimized product descriptions and translate content into multiple languages instantly, increasing their speed-to-market.
Intelligent Troubleshooting: Conceptualize "Self-Healing" data pipelines where AI identifies and corrects listing errors before they reach the marketplace.
3. Execution, Delivery & Adoption
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work close together with Data Scientists and Backend Engineers. You translate business requirements into technical specs for model training and inference.
Go-to-Market: You don't just ship code; you ship value. Work closely with our Growth Organisation and Marketing to package AI features, define pricing strategies (e.g., credit-based usage), and ensure customer adoption.
4. Performance & Optimization
The Feedback Loop: Implement RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) workflows where internal teams and customers help the models get smarter over time.
Metric Obsession: Monitor the "Unit Economics of AI." You ensure that the cost of running our models does not eat up our margins, optimizing for token usage and processing efficiency.

This is a senior role for an experienced Product Manager with a track record of shipping complex, technical products. We need someone who has "seen the movie before" when it comes to shipping complex software products.
Senior Product DNA: You bring 5-8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing technical products from conception to sunset. You know how to say "No" to good ideas to focus on great ones.
AI/ML Fluency: You have hands-on experience shipping AI-driven products. You understand the difference between predictive and generative AI, and you know the risks (hallucinations, bias) and how to mitigate them.
Strategic Gravitas: You are comfortable presenting to the Board and C-Level. You can articulate a 12-month strategic roadmap and defend it with data, market research, and financial projections.
Commercial Mindset: You understand that AI is expensive. You focus on ROI. You build features that either drastically reduce operational costs or create clear new revenue streams.
Complexity Wrangler: You thrive in the weeds of "messy data." You understand that Fashion/Lifestyle data is unstructured and chaotic, and you love the challenge of bringing order to it.
Leadership without Authority: Even without direct people management (initially), you act as a mentor to junior PMs and a thought leader within the organization, elevating the team's understanding of AI.
