As a Senior Growth Strategy Manager, you are responsible for monitoring and improving operational excellence across the entire customer journey (bowtie)
Definitions, tracking and reporting of relevant KPIs
Translating pipeline data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
Cross-collaboration with all teams throughout the organization and own process improvements that have direct revenue impact
Work closely with our Senior Sales Enablement Manager to identify training and development needs across the unit
Contribute towards the reporting and presentation of business-wide goals and targets
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Sales Ops / Rev Ops, or a related role, understanding sales from a New Biz and Existing Biz perspective
You have expert knowledge of data and KPI management across the entire customer journey
You have CRM expertise (preferably Salesforce)
You have understanding of Sales Methodology execution (preferably SPICED)
You work process driven with analytical mindset
SaaS and/or ecommerce experience preferable
