Senior Growth Strategy Manager (all genders)

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • As a Senior Growth Strategy Manager, you are responsible for monitoring and improving operational excellence across the entire customer journey (bowtie)

  • Definitions, tracking and reporting of relevant KPIs

  • Translating pipeline data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Cross-collaboration with all teams throughout the organization and own process improvements that have direct revenue impact

  • Work closely with our Senior Sales Enablement Manager to identify training and development needs across the unit

  • Contribute towards the reporting and presentation of business-wide goals and targets

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Sales Ops / Rev Ops, or a related role, understanding sales from a New Biz and Existing Biz perspective

  • You have expert knowledge of data and KPI management across the entire customer journey

  • You have CRM expertise (preferably Salesforce)

  • You have understanding of Sales Methodology execution (preferably SPICED)

  • You work process driven with analytical mindset

  • SaaS and/or ecommerce experience preferable
