We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.

Daily Operations & User Excellence
Incident & Service Management: Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high internal NPS.
User Enablement: Design and execute structured onboarding and training sessions. You don't just "fix" problems; you empower users to use the system effectively.
Data Stewardship: Manage data uploads, cleansing, and auditing to ensure our CRM remains the "Single Source of Truth."
Process Improvement & Strategic Projects
Advanced Automation: Optimize business workflows using Salesforce Flows and stay ahead of the curve by exploring AI-powered features to enhance the customer journey.
Data Strategy: Conduct regular audits and cleansing to ensure a "single source of truth," supporting data-driven decision-making through CRM Analytics.
Tooling Integration: Support the administration of our tools such as CPQ, JustOn, DocuSign and Gearset.
Security & Governance
Access Management: Maintain a rigorous security model using Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation of system configurations and business processes to ensure team transparency and eliminate silos.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Experience: Proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flow Builder and reporting; experience with Marketing Cloud or CRM Analytics is a significant advantage.
Enablement Mindset: You enjoy translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and workshops.
Tooling: Familiarity with Gearset or similar CI/CD tools for version control and deployment.
Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on scalability and a "team-first" collaborative spirit.
