We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Brand Matchmaking:
-Identify suitable brands to connect with your marketplace partners, both inside and outside of our network
-Pitch high-potential brands to marketplaces and facilitate speedy decision making
-Define and track joint growth plans against mutually agreed scorecards
Marketplace Engagement:
-Conceptualize and execute campaigns to promote our marketplaces to brands in collaboration with our Marketing team
-Empower Sales teams by providing compelling sales arguments pitch decks, and supporting materials
-Contribute to key brand pitches
Project Management:
-Lead and coordinate strategic projects that enhance the commercial impact of our marketplace partnerships
Product & Tech Alignment:
-Provide business cases for feature requests
-Relay technical needs and manage follow-up
Performance Tracking:
-Monitor KPIs around your portfolio’s performance
-Forecast key opportunities
Admin & Data Accuracy:
-Ensure CRM data accuracy
-Handle relevant commercial aspects around your marketplaces (e.g. contract negotiations, offer creation, etc.)
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a bachelor's degree (or comparable educational background) in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of commercial partnerships.
You possess a proven track record of systematically developing partnerships, creating joint lead pipelines as well as the ability to identify high-potential growth opportunities that you pitch confidently to our marketplace partners.
You are skilled in developing and executing engaging campaigns together with our Marketing department to promote marketplaces and empower sales and success teams internally.
You have strong commercial project management skills, capable of leading strategic initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
You are adept at translating commercial needs into compelling business cases for product teams, influencing roadmap development.
You are highly analytical, with the ability to monitor and report on marketplace performance, forecast opportunities, and ensure data accuracy.
You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with both external partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or other key regional languages is a strong asset
