We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Brand Matchmaking:
- Identify suitable brands to connect with your marketplace partners, both inside and outside of our network
- Pitch high-potential brands to marketplaces and facilitate speedy decision making
- Define and track joint growth plans
Marketplace Engagement:
-Promote your marketplaces to brands in collaboration with our Marketing team
-Empower Sales teams by providing compelling sales arguments, pitch decks, and supporting materials
Product & Tech Alignment:
-Provide business cases for feature requests
-Relay technical needs and manage follow-up
Performance Tracking:
-Monitor KPIs around your portfolio’s performance
-Forecast key opportunities
Admin & Data Accuracy:
-Ensure CRM data accuracy
-Handle relevant commercial aspects around your marketplaces (e.g. contract negotiations, offer creation, etc.) with the support of your mentor
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a bachelor's degree (or comparable educational background) in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
You are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or partnership-focused role, ideally within e-commerce or a related industry.
You are eager to learn and support in matching our marketplace partners with high-potential brands and facilitating initial introductions.
You are keen to assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns together with our Marketing department to promote marketplaces and empower sales and success teams internally.
You have a foundational understanding of project coordination and are ready to contribute to strategic commercial initiatives.
You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to support data accuracy and performance tracking.
You are a proactive and collaborative team player with good communication skills, excited to engage with various internal teams and external partners.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or other key regional languages is a strong asset
