Prices are exported according to the regular data exchange schedule defined for the channel. Activating a price list in TB.One does not trigger an immediate, separate price export. You can find the data exchange schedules in the channel sheets.

The export method varies by channel. Some channels have a dedicated price feed, meaning price updates are sent separately. For other channels, prices are bundled and exported along with the product feed. Consult the channel sheets (section “Data exchange times”) for details on how prices are handled. If there is no separate entry for prices in the data exchange times, prices are sent with the product feed (catalog).

The activation of a price list in TB.One only marks the prices as ‘ready for export’. The actual transfer and update depend on the channel’s pre-defined data exchange times. There is no instant, on-demand price export triggered by price list validity changes.

Details regarding data exchange frequencies and the timing of price exports for each channel are documented in the respective channel sheet. They provide comprehensive information on how data, including prices, is exchanged.

This is usually caused by one of three things: the price list’s configuration, its assignment to the channel, or an export block on the article itself.

Solution: 

• Start by checking the price list. Open the Price catalogue (“Articles > Price catalogue”) and select your sales price list.
• On the “Settings” tab, confirm the list is active, the current date falls into the “Validity” period, and the “Sales” checkbox is selected.
• If the settings are correct, check the channel assignment. Go to the channel’s settings (“Channels > [Your Channel] > Price catalogue”) and ensure your sales list is assigned with a higher priority than your standard list (priority 1 is the highest priority).

 

This can happen when your new sales price list has a lower priority than your standard price list. TB.One uses the highest priority price that is currently valid, starting from priority 1.

Solution:

1. Go to “Channels > [Your channel] > Price catalogue”.
2. In the “More price lists” section, find your sales price list.
3. Ensure it has a higher Priority (a lower number, like “Priority 1”) than your “Default price list.” You can change the order with drag-and-drop.
4. Save your changes. The system will now check your sales prices first.

If your price list is configured correctly, the issue is likely that the article itself is being blocked from export due to a data quality issue. A price cannot be exported if the article it belongs to is blocked.

Solution:

1. Go to “Articles > Article error hub”.
2. Filter for the affected channel and article.
3. The listed errors are blocking the article from being exported. You must resolve these errors first. Once the article can be exported, the price will be sent as well.

Yes, this is a critical step. The “Sales” checkbox tells the system that this list contains temporary, promotional prices, not the channel’s standard price. If the “Sales” marker is missing, the system may not recognize the price list as a valid sales price list, which leads to complications during export.

Solution:

1. Go to “Articles > Price catalogue”
2. Select your price list.
3. Select the “Sales” checkbox.
4. Save your settings.

You can review all articles and their corresponding prices assigned to a specific price list.

Solution:

1. Go to “Articles > Price catalogue”.
2. Find and select your sales price list.
3. Switch to the “Price lists | Articles” tab. This view shows every article assigned to the list and the exact prices (RP, Former RP, MSRP) that will be exported. This is the fastest way to confirm your prices are assigned correctly at the article level.

If both activation steps are done, the article is likely being blocked from export due to a data quality error. TB.One will not export active articles that are missing mandatory information.

1. Go to “Articles > Article error hub”.
2. Filter for the affected channel and search for your article
3. Errors listed here are blocking the export. Click “See Details” for more information about an error.

If no errors are listed in the Article Error Hub, that means TB.One successfully sent the data. Some channels provide feedback directly in TB.One. Go to “Channels > [Your channel] > Article status” to see if the channel rejected your article. This menu is not available for all channels. If it is not available for your channel, check directly in the marketplace’s backend.

Think of them as two security checks that an article must pass before export. Both activation levels must be set for an article to be exported.

• General Activation  is the global “on switch” for an article. Setting it to “Yes” confirms that the article’s data is complete and it is ready to be sold. An article will never be exported to any channel if the general activation is not set.
• Channel-Specific Activation is the second step where you decide if specific channels should sell the article. If the general activation is set, but no channels are selected, the article data are not exported to any channel.

For channels with a main/sub-channel structure, set the channel-specific activation for the main channel and the country channel.

Solution:

In the “Channel-specific article activation” menu, you must select the checkbox for both the main channel (for example., “Zalando (main channel)”) and the specific country sub-channel you are targeting (for example, “Zalando.de”). The article will not be exported if only one of the two is activated.

Checking articles individually is not efficient for large catalogs. There are two primary methods for checking in bulk.

Solution:

A) Use Article List Filters

1. Go to “Articles > Article list”.
2. Use filters to find articles with missing data. For example, you could filter for all articles that are activated for a specific channel and are missing the “Brand” or have “No retail price”.

B) Use the Article Error Hub

1. Go to “Articles > Article error hub”. This dashboard displays all articles that currently have errors.
2. Filter the errors by channel, stock, brand, creation date, etc.
3. If necessary, you can export the filtered list. To do so, go to the left side bar and select the “Export current list” page action.
