YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management:

  • Help draft and update talent management guidelines across the employee life cycle.

  • Assist in the implementation of talent assessment and development programs.

Learning & Development:

  • Set-up, maintain and update the Tradebyte Learning & Development intranet page. 

  • Collaborate with the L&D team to develop innovative concepts and strategies for employee development.

  • Contribute to the content creation of learning and training programs (tailored to the needs of the organization).

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of L&D platforms, as well as internal learning & development tickets.

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other L&D activities.

  • Handle documentation, record-keeping and data analysis related to talent management processes.

  • Support the preparation and dissemination of training materials and guidelines.
