Team Lead Growth Strategy

THE ROLE & THE TEAM 

Tradebyte is a leader in accelerating brand growth through marketplace integration across Europe, specifically in the dynamic fashion and lifestyle industry. We're seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Team Lead, Growth Strategy to optimise our commercial engine and drive efficiency across our sales and customer success functions. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring commercial teams have the data, processes, and enablement needed to achieve ambitious growth targets.


WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) 

  • Process & CRM Ownership: Own, optimise, and maintain all sales and customer success processes within our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 FTEs, fostering a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, ensuring deep alignment with Tradebyte's strategic direction.

  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Leverage BI tools to analyse commercial performance, identify bottlenecks, uncover opportunity costs, and pinpoint new growth levers. Provide actionable insights to commercial leadership.

  • Commercial Enablement: Lead the development and delivery of tailored training and development programmes designed to enhance the skills and productivity of our sales and customer success teams.

  • Strategic Support: Directly support the commercial Directors by providing data-driven recommendations, implementing process improvements, and facilitating targeted campaigns to drive revenue growth.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF 

  • You have progressive experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of optimising processes and leveraging data.

  • You possess a proven ability to lead and mentor a small team (4-6 FTEs), fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

  • You have demonstrated expertise in owning, optimising, and managing sales and customer success processes within CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

  • You have proven ability to leverage data from CRM and BI tools to conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights that drive commercial efficiency and revenue uplift.

  • You have a strong collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work effectively and autonomously with senior commercial leaders (Directors and VPs), as well as internal stakeholders like Finance, to achieve shared objectives.
