(Senior) Success Manager (m/f/d) – Emerging Accounts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce or SaaS 

  • Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers

  • You are comfortable working with Excel / Google Spreadsheet and use basic functions like Pivot and VLookup

  • Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships

  • You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working

  • You bring excellent English skills, both in writing and verbally. Additional language skills are a plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You successfully cooperate with your national and international accounts to ensure their further development in the Marketplace world

  • In addition to established customers, you support hidden champions in positioning themselves in the market and scaling their business

  • You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers

  • You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations

  • You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively drive the solutions
