We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a skilled salesperson with a strong network of senior level contacts within the UK fashion wholesale, retail and marketplace sectors. Excellent networking and business acquisition skills are required.
You have a demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quota, preferably with consumer (fashion and/or lifestyle) retailers or in another capacity within the fashion industry, e.g. wholesale sales.
While an understanding of SaaS and/ or software solutions is a benefit, experience in the fashion industry is considered preferable.
You collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple functions to drive project success and achieve organisational objectives. You foster open communication to maximise cross-functional synergies.
You are part of our Direct- to- Consumer UK Sales Team and work to grow our brand network, selling our software, TB.One, and our services - from identifying potential opportunities, to the first contact with the brand, through to building a relationship and achieving the final contract signature.
You are responsible for proactively engaging with UK apparel, footwear, accessories and lifestyle brands, successfully negotiating and closing the deals with senior stakeholders, and acting as a strong Brand Ambassador for Tradebyte.
You forge relationships with a predefined list of target prospects, as well as those you have identified yourself, utilising your existing network of senior level contacts to build out a strong pipeline of short, medium and long-term opportunities.
You track and maintain leads in our Salesforce CRM and emphasise the permanent optimisation of the sales process.
You are prepared to report activity and success to your business Lead, brand and the other senior stakeholders through a proactive and informed approach.
You monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
