Senior Sales Enablement Manager


  • Experience in leading and driving sales enablement within a B2B selling environment. Additional experience within sales, SaaS and/or ecommerce would be preferable.  

  • Expert understanding of the global sales environment, including sales methodologies, tools, and training best practices

  • Strong storyteller with superb communication & presentation skills, both virtually and in person

  • Expertise in creating and presenting impactful training programmes.

  • Strategic mindset and skilled to implement a culture of best practice and high performance

  • Understanding of all revenue generating activities from marketing-led lead gen to customer growth and retention

  • An expert understanding of data and how to use it to impact commercial decisions

  • Experience of using CRM (preferably Salesforce) and data visualisation tools


  • Own, build and drive the implementation of a Global Sales Enablement programme

  • Develop and deliver engaging sales training, tailored to the needs of our international sales and success teams

  • Onboard new sales hires, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify needs and targeted solutions.

  • Create training materials and tools to support ongoing learning and development.

  • Measure the effectiveness of training programmes, making adjustments as needed.

  • Support with the end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of all sales initiatives

  • Track, monitor and report on expected outcomes of initiatives, providing retrospective ROI analyses upon completion

  • Optimise existing tech stack (Salesforce) to enable effective data-based storytelling, highlighting the need and impact of each initiative
