We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an e-commerce project manager in our team, you are responsible for the entire integration of our brands and retailers on the marketplaces
- You are responsible for the planning, management and implementation of integration projects with our customers
- You manage the support of several customer integrations in parallel and are in contact with various stakeholders both internally and externally
- You are responsible for ensuring that our customers can sell their products to the end consumer on the various marketplaces in a short time and have an optimal online presence
- You will accompany the integration and customer-specific projects from start to finish
- For our partners, you are the specialist for our product and our top marketplaces such as Zalando, About You, Otto or Amazon
- You hold webinars, trainings and workshops for your partners to develop them in the best possible way
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration similar qualification
- You are structured and organized and you have a strong analytical approach; hands on mentality and problem solving skills describe your way of working
- You are very interested in e-commerce, in particular in data interfaces and online marketplaces as well as channels
- Ideally you already have experience with Salesforce
- You have a professional and confident approach to stakeholder management with well-known brands and retailers
- Your communication style is empathetic and patient, reliability and resilience are your strengths
- It would be a definite plus if you have already gained experience in projects with many stakeholders
- You are fluent in German and English
