  • 80% of the workload will be  managing tickets

  • Do root cause analysis to identify the technical issue

  • You will have a project based target to improve process

  • Monitor orders, and alert to keep active business for our account on the different channels

  • Be and eager learner with a passion for innovation

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You are fluent in English and German is a must

  • You are proactive and can get into projects with basic support 

  • Technical skills in  Kibana, Grafana

  • Have a proven track record working in ecommerce 

  • Have solid experience in Technical support
