We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You know the overall Business Strategy and people challenges and proactively derive decentral strategies to support the organisational development and people strategy
- You collaborate with our Center of Excellence to enable leaders on people topics
- You provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, career development as well as disciplinary measures and autonomously consult, inspire and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics
- You actively work with KPIs and our employee survey as a steering tool to maintain and strengthen the health of our business units by providing insights and translating them into actionable measures that can be adopted by the majority of the units
- You support changes in all areas, e.g. driving organisational design topics, levelling up talent management, and much more
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have 5 years working experience as a (Senior) HR Business Partner, or in a similar role, in a bigger and fast paced environment including a proven track record of organisational development, change management, talent management and project management
- You possess a start-up mentality with the ability to work successfully in a high-scale company
- You are a reliable sparring partner for team leads who enjoys winning them over with facts and figures, a certain dose of charm and courage to raise your opinion in a constructive manner, while also being an active listener that is open to new perspectives
- You have strong capabilities in the fields of solution development, a clear and structured communication, adjusted to stakeholders on all levels of the organisation, as well as fluent English language skills (German skills are a big plus)
- As a plus you also bring knowledge of both individual and collective labour law
