Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

  • You are the mastermind behind Tradebyte’s digital strategy - from demand gen on the upper funnel stages to customer acquisition and conversion optimisation, you design the vision and oversee its execution

  • You live and breathe a customer-centric approach. You design comprehensive growth tactics delivering personalised journeys based on needs and insights of our prospects while creating added value for them at every step and bringing growth to the business

  • You’re like a fish in water when it comes to search marketing - you balance our SEA and SEO presence to drive traffic to our website most effectively by coordinating and managing activities with in-house and agency teams

  • Our website is your field of play - you coordinate our efforts to further develop Tradebyte’s website as a best-in-class lead engine

  • You champion our campaign plan from the digital perspective by leading paid media planning and campaign journey mapping while identifying synergies with our always-on communication programs and creating a holistic experience for our audience throughout different comms streams

  • You’re fluent in speaking the language of data - you devise our analytics set up which enables transparency of our performance on always-on channels and campaigns and informs decision-making across all marketing funnel


  • You have 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing - from websites, marketing automation, lead generation, paid ads to analytics, SEO/SEA, mailings and social media

  • Very good English skills (written and spoken); German would be an advantage

  • You manage your day-to-day work with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach

  • You are experienced in working with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

  • Knowledge of all-in-one marketing solutions in conjunction with a CRM (ideally Hubspot/Salesforce)

  • Experience as a LinkedIn Campaign Manager (initiating, optimizing and reporting on conversion-driven campaigns) is an advantage

  • Excellent presentation and Excel skills to interpret and present the results of campaigns and A/B tests
