YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We grow stronger together - You develop and own our digital marketing strategy. From our website, analytical setup, marketing automation and processes you drive Tradebyte’s digital marketing performance.

  • You are the mastermind behind digital strategy of Tradebyte across all funnel stages - from building awareness and driving brand equity to conversion-driven lead generation and customer lifetime value growth
  • Our website is your field of play - you coordinate our efforts together with the in-house and agency teams to further develop Tradebyte’s website as the best-in-class lead engine
  • You oversee and consult other colleagues on the analytics set up which enables transparency of our performance on always-on channels and campaigns and informs decision making across all marketing funnel
  • You own and manage our SEO strategy, as well as coordinate how the SEA strategy best supports the visibility of Tradebyte on organic search channels
  • Along with the inbound marketing strategy, you set up together with the team a lead generation process that represents our buyer's journey and fills the sales funnel with qualified leads
  • You are the Hubspot expert within the team and drive our marketing automation efforts to automatize repetitive tasks to achieve efficiency at scale
  • You help driving our CRM data quality in cooperation with Sales

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing - from websites, marketing automation, lead generation, paid ads to analytics, SEO/SEA, mailings and social media
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken); German would be an advantage
  • You manage your day-to-day work with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • You are experienced in working with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of all-in-one marketing solutions in conjunction with a CRM (ideally Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Experience as a LinkedIn Campaign Manager (initiating, optimizing and reporting on conversion-driven campaigns) is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation and Excel skills to interpret and present the results of campaigns and A/B tests
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) would be desirable
