We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.

You analyse the challenges and issues potential existing customers face and how their products or services can address those needs.
You are responsible for identifying qualified leads who may have an interest in their company's products or services.
You identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services to existing commercial customers, thereby driving revenue growth.
You work closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering solutions to strategic customers.
You set performance goals for the team and individual team members, monitor progress regularly and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
You regularly report to higher management on team performance, customer feedback, and key strategic initiatives.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a relevant educational background with a degree in Marketing, Economics or similar, and have significant experience in the field of E-Commerce with a strong understanding of Marketplace business models.
You understand the company's industry and market trends to better serve customers and anticipate their needs.
Your excellent communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers, the team and other departments within the organisation.
Your strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibility with commercial clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
You value collaboration and effective teamwork for achieving common business goals.
Your expertise in analysing customer data, metrics and feedback enable you to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
You bring strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and find creative solutions that drive success.
You are business fluent in English and German, both in writing and verbal communication.
