We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.

You proactively design and deliver coherent customer experiences to achieve short- mid- and long-term goals. You leverage user-centred product design practices
Discovery: You gather and frame customer insights for a defined problem space. You plan and participate in generative research, give shape to quant and qual data, and help give input into whether the problem is worth solving
Product Definition: Taking the lead from product managers, you contribute ideas and low-fi visuals (e.g. storyboards) to press releases and other problem definition documentation. You help define holistic customer journeys to illustrate the larger goal
Solution Design: You move the solution forward proactively and bring the team along on the journey — leading even without formal authority. You generate multiple solutions to problems and evaluate which one to follow further. You explore technical feasibility and account for technological opportunities and restrictions. You test for usability. Your solutions are successful
Delivery: You identify and deliver the components and specifications product development teams need to build the designed solution. You ensure the quality of what goes live
