We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in leading product design and/or UX teams
5+ years of working in product design or UX design roles and a strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology
- Hands-on product design & design ops experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong facilitation skills to run workshops and discovery initiatives with executive stakeholders
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
- Build, lead and evolve the design team at Tradebyte by hiring, coaching, and mentoring its members, ensuring their growth and professional development
- Develop a design vision that aligns with the company's goals and values and turn it into an actionable design strategy
- Establish metrics to measure the impact of design and regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of design initiatives to make data-driven improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and user empathy within the design team and across the organization
- Work closely with product management and technology leadership on discovery and delivery
- Ensure design coherence and quality of the products by establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Design System
- Introduce a state-of-the-art design process from ideation to launch and establish it across product teams
- Work hands-on on high-profile initiatives while building the team: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and customers to support product teams with user research and enable quick feedback loops
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, technologies, and best practices, and enable a knowledge sharing culture with your team.
