Growth Content Creator (m/f/d)


  • You are in the driver’s seat for content creation within our growth communication streams across different touchpoints: from our customer engagement program focused on fostering connections with our customer base at every step of their journey and increasing their lifetime value, to lead generation & nurturing designed to develop potential leads into prospects

  • You collaborate with the team to accelerate and execute our campaign plan, addressing different growth and brand building goals

  • You live and breathe a customer-centric approach. You develop personalised narratives based on needs and insights of our prospects and customers, you always aim for creating added value at each stage of their journey, bringing growth to the business

  • You are passionate about language, you can easily translate from German to English and vice versa and simplify complex topics into engaging short form stories, adapting communication style to different channels (from paid ads to e-mail marketing) and audiences

  • You’re focused on the outcomes of the content you develop keeping an eye on it’s performance and ensuring that it achieves the desired audience and targets

  • You have a strong data acumen and always aim for data-driven approach to optimise content planning, development, and execution

  • You are always on the hunt for new trends, formats and engagement mechanics driving the change within the team both on tactical and strategic levels

  • You work closely with different departments and our customers to coordinate your work with them


  • You love writing and have excellent text skills in English, ideally a native English speaker or able to proofread content in English. German is a bonus!

  • You have a university degree in marketing, communication or a comparable field

  • You already have 2 - 4 years of experience in growth marketing, content editing, copywriting or something similar, ideally in a corporate communications department/content (marketing) agency/digital agency

  • You are an expert in managing editorial processes, methods, and ways of working such as story sourcing, storylining, copywriting, line editing, scriptwriting, fact-checking, etc.

  • You are comfortable working in Hubspot, GoogleDocs and WordPress, Adobe CC (InDesign and Photoshop) are a plus

  • Prior experiences in the B2B SAAS, tech, or fashion industry are a plus 

  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently

  • You think cross-media and in terms of your target audience, convince with your creativity and innovative ways of thinking
