You deliver added services for our customers on new and live integrations.
You analyze and identify data gaps and advise customers and our teams of quality improvements.
You recommend and deliver workshops on optimizing product data to our customers.
You proactively monitor product onboarding and optimize data issues to boost growth.
You take action and resolve issues according to the customer-agreed service levels.
You manage and work on retailer-driven data changes such as season or data model changes.
You support sales and project teams where necessary on product data analysis.
You assist in identifying new processes and tooling to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Take responsibility as a knowledge manager, be open and proactive to all colleagues (learn from the best) in order to enable and up skill them on best-practices within the function.
Support our Hiring Manager with assessing talents during interview processes and bring them up to speed during their functional onboarding.
Be a creator of change - consistently challenge the status quo of how we deliver mainly integration projects to our customers, aiming for higher internal efficiency (more integrations with fewer people) in line with better customer experience.
Be a partner in Crime and lead on customer (projects) with high strategic relevance or complexity, like migrations or pilot projects as well as Tradebyte global projects with high importance. Deliver true expert service to customers when it’s getting really complex/important.
