We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We grow stronger together - You are supporting our digital marketing strategy. From our paid advertisement, campaign landing pages and analytics, newsletter performance, and SEO activities, you drive Tradebyte’s marketing performance.
You co-create the analytic setup to enable the marketing team to make data-driven decisions
Reporting, analysing, and maintaining our data dashboards is one of your key responsibilities
Paid Media & SEA: You are responsible for our paid media campaigns. You set them up with our Content Team and monitor and evaluate their performance
Social Media: Together with our Content Creator, you are responsible for creating campaigns that convert on our social channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and drive our follower numbers
Landing Pages: You are the creator of our campaign landing pages and have an eye on the customer journey and the user flow
Newsletter: You support our Content Team to boost our newsletter performance
Performance Marketing: You are responsible for measuring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels (e.g. ROI)
Lead Gen: You are an expert in lead generation and familiar with all actions that come along with it (e.g. gated content, lead nurturing, funnel management)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing from paid ads, campaign analytics, SEO/SEA, email to social media
You have very good command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are part of your daily business
You are experienced in working with WordPress (Elementor), Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
If you know how to deal with an all-in-one marketing solution connected with a CRM would be a plus (ideally Hubspot/Salesforce)
If you have LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience, this is beneficial (set up the conversion-driven campaigns, optimisation, and reporting)
You have excellent presentation and Excel skills to interpret and elaborate results from campaign and A/B test results
You have solid knowledge in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) complements your curriculum and would be a plus
