We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have already gained several 2-3 years of professional experience in process and project management and know what is important
A business degree would be great, but it is not a must
- You have a high affinity for processes and a good understanding of the interrelationships of complex IT systems
- Ideally, you have some knowledge of business process analysis and modelling
- Initial knowledge of Jira, Confluence or Salesforce would be an advantage
- You are a facilitator and want to change things with a motivated team
- Your way of working is structured and outcome-oriented
- Quality always comes first for you
- You are characterised by a structured way of working combined with dynamism, quick comprehension and high analytical thinking skills
- Business fluent German and English round off your profile
- You are able to visit our inspiring Ansbach office at least once a week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You'll contribute to broader projects and initiatives, e.g. conducting a task such as defining a specific requirement, and develop yourself towards the strategic direction of the team
- You'll define problem statements and propose solutions with guidance you proactively seek
- You'll draft, align and validate a structured plan on the different analytical steps to address the problem statement and apply findings from previous analyses
- You'll use data to provide evidence on the specific problem
- By supporting improvement and/or software integration projects, you'll ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified business requirements
- Within your assigned tasks and smaller projects, you'll support the definition of standard processes for operational teams
