WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are a student in economics, social sciences, psychology or similar with a focus on human resources
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the context of an apprenticeship or as a student trainee
  • You enjoy working independently and show initiative. You also enjoy communicating with others and organising things
  • You have a good command of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other comparable programs
  • You are fluent in German and have very good English skills

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are the contact person for our national and international applicants and accompany them through the application process. You schedule the interviews and always ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Your daily tasks include creating job postings and publishing them on various job portals
  • You see yourself as a source of ideas for our team building events and help to organise them
  • You will support us with your creativity in the creation of employer branding content
  • You will be involved in the recruiting process and take part in role plays
