WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A background in account management, SaaS, sales or e-commerce is essential and previous leadership experience is preferred 
  • You are highly organised and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage projects effectively, therefore you routinely work on complex problems and deconstruct them with your team
  • You need an understanding of the DTC business and how partners connect to our value chain, besides being able to handle demands, targets, guidelines, and high stress situations while creating a positive team environment 
  • You bring a strong ability to lead, inspire, engage and coach a diverse team while creating an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries
  • You are friendly, open-minded with a high level of commitment and reliability to other teams, additionally excellent networking and business acquisition skills along with preferably a strong network of contacts within the European retail industry, consequently you need to be fluent in German and English

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You lead and support our Partner Management Ecosystem Team (including Ecosystem Managers and Technical Partner Managers), overseeing their activity, driving best-practice, identifying mentoring and coaching opportunities
  • You drive the new setup of the unit, including the team’s development of processes and KPIs
  • You manage the demand of inbound partners and create a new categorisation and prioritisation system 
  • You collaborate with the Business Unit VP to develop a new go-to-market strategy for Partner Management and ensure that the team achieves the defined targets
  • You run regular 1-2-1s with all team members and weekly team meetings;  furthermore, you work closely with the leads of the DTC and retailer teams and organise cross-unit meetings to drive matchmaking opportunities
  • You will oversee joint marketing and event opportunities with key partners
