  • You have a university degree, completed an apprenticeship or can prove relevant professional experience in customer service
  • Ideally, you have some experience in fashion, sales and/or e-commerce and have basic understanding of technical processes (supply chain processes)
  • Customer Relationship Management is your strength and you enjoy establishing long-term customer relationships
  • You proactively analyse the customers’ potential and support them in becoming even more successful
  • Whether you speak to customers or the managing director, your strong communication and presentation skills are always convincing
  • Your way of working is result-oriented and independent
  • You prioritize entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English



  • You will work directly with the industry’s big players (Zalando, Amazon, ASOS, Ebay), but you will also support emerging retailers in scaling their business from the very beginning 
  • Supporting national and international marketplaces such as Amazon, Otto, etc. is your responsibility
  • You are the central point of contact between the customers and the internal departments and actively expedite solutions
  • You are the main point of contact for for cooperation, collaboration and further development with international brands, market compatibility and administration
  • You organize projects independently and keep track of them 
  • You analyze your accounts and actively manage their success
  • You create sales roadmaps and reports and present them to the customers
