In the role of Senior Team Lead – Direct-to-Consumer Flagship Accounts you will lead an interdisciplinary team that will be accountable for our five biggest clients – all global players from the fashion, sporting goods and beauty industry. With a customer-centric approach, we aim to provide a strong customer experience and grow their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business in order to maximize our mutual success in the partnership.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in a digital environment
  • You have expert knowledge in the field of E-Commerce, having worked with globally relevant brands or service providers in this field.  
  • Your optimism and can-do-attitude helps you to motivate your team and other stakeholders within the organization 
  • You enjoy working customer centric and are comfortable collaborating with our largest clients to build a strong and trustful relationship
  • You have the ability to stay resilient in stressful situation and solve problems in a calm and patient manner
  • You have a passion for continuous improvement, ideally in combination with a Lean Six Sigma certification or similar. 
  • You bring excellent communication skills and fluency in English, additional language skills (e.g. German) are nice to have 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for leading and developing our DTC Flagships Team within the Enterprise area taking care of the most important customers/brand partners of Tradebyte. Those flagships accounts are clear market leaders in their sector/field and are of high strategic importance for Tradebyte in terms of GMV and revenue.
  • Your responsibility is to establish a close exchange and relationship between Tradebyte and those brands with an open feedback culture and joint focus on mutual success.
  • You are overseeing all elements of this business to deliver a premium 360 service to those trusted brand partners: Technical Delivery, Operations, Success Management, Project Management, Analytics and all contract related topics.
  • You are developing the business together with those accounts in a true partnership style, creating and developing an account health score, working on strategic initiatives for the future and ensuring a superb service.
  • You are engaged in daily & weekly exchanges with our most important customers, preparing & presenting in strategic sessions, quarterly business reviews or strategic initiatives.
  • You are collaborating with the Added Services Team as product onboarding to marketplaces plays a critical part in the success of the account. With your partner in crime you ensure that all timelines are met and the SLAs are fulfilled
  • You are collaborating and following up regarding a professional Incident Management with these flagship accounts together with the Service Delivery team and 24-hour support.
