WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A proven track record in project management, with a minimum of 4 years experience in a project delivery role
You thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities
You are pragmatic and adaptable to new services, processes and stakeholders
You are eager to learn new skills and innovate for continuous improvement
You have excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with high fluency in English
Knowledge of retail e-commerce platforms is advantageous

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You own and drive projects from initiation and planning to successful launch and closure
Your resilience enables you to identify and resolve ambiguity within projects under customer pressure
You build strong cross-functional relationships and are able to work with and influence individuals not directly under their control
You routinely consider impact, outcomes and the wider context within which to achieve and deliver project success
You create and execute accurate and clear plans that deliver the expected ROI/value/benefits
You follow, endorse and encourage continuous improvement towards Tradebyte’s delivery processes and governance
You adhere to Tradebyte’s core values, processes, methodologies and QA standards
