WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have completed a degree or training in the commercial field and have relevant professional experience
  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer management/account management and, ideally, some experience in the e-commerce or software industry
  • You have a technical understanding of processes (supply chain processes)
  • Customer relationship management is your strength, and you enjoy building long-term customer relationships
  • You proactively analyze the further potential for our customers and support them in becoming even more successful
  • Whether you speak to customers or the managing director, you always convince with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Your working style is result-oriented and independent
  • You are focused on entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language skills are a great plus

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As the direct contact, you are responsible for cooperation, collaboration, and further development of national and international brands, marketplaces, and platforms
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers on general & sales issues as well as in cases of escalation
  • You act as an interface between the internal departments, the brands, marketplaces, and platforms
  • You independently execute projects and always keep an overview
  • You analyze your accounts, successfully develop customer relationships, and practice active success management
  • Together with your customers, you create strategic roadmaps and sales reports and present them on-site
