This is a key position working in the commercial area of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to field incoming leads from potential brand partners, building a consistently strong sales pipeline and closing commercial agreements. If you are keen to work at the cutting edge of retail and eCommerce, with some of the biggest fashion and lifestyle companies on the planet, then this role is for you.


  • You convince stakeholders of all levels, from Junior Merchandiser to Managing Director with your strong communication and presentation skillsYou understand the technical aspects of IT processes and setup, digitization, online sales, and/or multi-channel sales
  • You have at least two or three years of sales experience, and a demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. This can be in a software products and solutions or SaaS company, preferably with consumer (fashion and/or lifestyle) retailers or in another capacity within the fashion industry, e.g. wholesale sales.
  • Fluent in both Italian & English skills are essential. Any additional languages would be positively viewed. 



  • You are part of our Direct-to-Consumer Inbound Sales Team and work to grow our brand network, selling our software, TB.One, and our services, from the first contact to the final contract signature. 
  • You field inbound leads from apparel, footwear, accessories and lifestyle brands, focussing on small and medium-sized businesses, presenting our products and services to the customer, via online or face-to-face meetings.
  • You track and maintain leads in our Salesforce CRM and emphasize the permanent optimisation and automation of the lead process.
  • You act as a strong Brand Ambassador for Tradebyte.
  • You are prepared to report activity and success to the Inbound Sales Team Owner and other senior stakeholders through a proactive and informed approach.
