We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join us on a part time basis (between 15-20 hours per week), to work within a small but busy team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with conflicting workloads. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in providing general administrative duties for the Leadership Team and People & Organisation department. They will be the ‘go to’ person for day to day office administration, facilities management and health & safety policy administration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Highly organised, with excellent administrative skills applied proactively and enthusiastically 
  • Used to working as part of a team in a fast paced environment but able to work autonomously 
  • Ability to coordinate and engage with high level stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Competent use of the G-suite and/or Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to support a small, busy team with flexibility
  • Experience dealing with confidential documents

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Health & Safety Policy management
  • Fire Risk policy management
  • Facilities management
  • Liaising with 3rd Party partners/providers
  • Administrative support for General manager
  • Administrative support for People & Organisation team
  • Procurement of office equipment / supplies
