WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have relevant professional experience in e-commerce
  • You are familiar with 1st and 2nd level Technical Customer Support and have already gained a first insight
  • You are highly customer-oriented. With your convincing communication style, you solve customers’ problems professionally on the phone and via e-mail
  • You love IT and convince with strong XML and CSV skills
  • Ideally, you have already worked with ticket systems
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken German and have a good command of English
  • An independent, self-reliant way of working is a given for you

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As the technical contact for our marketplace customers, you receive requests and inquiries that you analyze, process, or forward to the operating departments
  • You are responsible for the technical performance incl. monitoring and further development of the customers
  • You confidently guide our customers and give them a feeling of security from the first meeting, throughout integration, and whenever they need support for their projects
  • As a committed team player, you enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues to support each other and grow stronger together
