  • You have at least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role
  • You have a big picture mindset and can take ownership of a task/project and run with it
  • You are open minded and approachable which makes it easy for you to develop meaningful relationships with key people and teams across the organisation
  • You thrive in an international work environment and have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English



  • As an interface between Ansbach, Berlin, London and Cheltenham you represent Tradebyte and its interests and build a close network of stakeholders within the P&O environment between all locations
  • You consult, coach and accompany the leads in your respective area concerning their own behaviour and career development but also their employees (e. g. probation time talks, grading/development talks, claims of misconduct, low performance, long-term sickness, exit talks, etc.)
  • You positively influence leadership behaviour by transparently and proactively sharing feedback and enable decision making regarding workforce planning
  • You accompany strategic P&O projects concerning talent management, people development, compensation & benefits, talent retention
  • You actively drive organisation development projects in close collaboration with P&O- and Talent Managers and identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • You support in rolling out projects across the organisation and are the promoter of such initiatives towards the employees
  • You ensure that implemented processes and methodologies are sticked to your respective area
  • You detect emerging topics early and come up with possible solutions (e. g. Increase in attrition rate, ineffective team setup, lack of diversity, etc.)
