WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You have a minimum of 7 years of working experience, preferably in a software as a service business or fashion-related e-commerce
You understand the mechanisms of the marketplace world and what it takes to make sure that products rank high on the respective platforms (Retail Media)
You are experienced in Project and Stakeholder Management
Data and Business Analysis as well as KPIs are your passion
You are capable of doing Market Research and Benchmarking, benefiting from your existing network in the eCommerce industry
You have already worked with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, Jira and Confluence
Fluent English skills complete your profile, further languages can be seen as a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy – Create a GTM strategy for Performance Marketing Services by Tradebyte, including a Statement of Work and Pricing
Leadership – Take full responsibility for the top line of Tradebyte’s Marketing Service, with a focus on exceptional growth rates. And to build and run the service team
Delivery – Support the product development process as a “power user” for Tradebyte’s Merchandising hub, defining the information and processes that brands (and Tradebyte’s Performance Marketing team) need to effectively manage their marketplace business
KPIs – Build in-house knowledge for Performance Marketing Services, so that Tradebyte can either coordinate with white-label partners or execute on behalf of brands
Innovation – Build and launch a service that allows fashion & lifestyle brands to outsource Product Data Optimization and Marketing on multiple marketplaces. Evaluate the market, identify potential partners, and implement strategic partnerships, white-label offerings, or M&A
